Sourced from our friend Raul’s farm in Guatemala, this coffee reflects both exceptional growing conditions and careful craftsmanship. Last year, we had the opportunity to visit Raul’s farm ourselves, walking the fields and seeing firsthand the care that goes into every harvest.
In the cup, Morning Bloom delivers clean sweetness, balanced body, and bright clarity. It shines as espresso with smooth structure and depth, while opening up beautifully as a filtered brew with a refined, layered finish.
